It takes a long time to get an interview here. It took 6 months before I was called for an interview after my initial online application. Interview consists of interview with HR then a second one with a unit supervisor.

There is a phone interview then an in person interview. They ask a series of questions to understand if you are trustworthy to work with children. The process was very smooth and I was introduced to people that would be my direct managers. Very in-depth process that allowed for an understanding what the job would entail.
