First you go through a prescreen with an HR recruiter, then you talk one on one with the director of the department you applied for. The whole process overall took only about 2-3 weeks. It was not a frustrating process either.

The interview was a very smooth process and I interacted with a warm recruiter. The questions were appropriate and relevant to the position. It took place over the phone. I had an overall good to normal experience with the recruiter.
