It was really organized through the first and second interview. Sam even sent me links to the interviewers linkedin profiles to help me prep for the interview. I thought that was a nice touch, however, when I arrived for the second interview I felt rushed and then they never followed up with me. I understand not being a good fit, but being left in the dark is rude. I also felt like too much of the focus was placed on their personality test that they administer as part of the interview process.
