Step 1 was a quick 5 minute call with HR
Step 2 was a 30 minute call with HR, questions included:
Step 3 was a case sent to me and I had 3 days to prepare and present it to high ranks
Step 4 is the offer

- How well do you work in Teams
- A challenging situation
- Give a situation in which you had a dispute with a team member
- A quick case question about your client being a PE firm and wants to acquire a Chinese software company, what would your steps be in order to figure that out
Please do not lose your time. Although they recruit business students this is basically a customer service and HR job. You will be bored quickly in daily tasks and managers can barely speak english as from Greece.

First a phone call then a video call and if you qualify you get to the case study that you get the chance to prepare for since they send you the case before hand.
