The process was very smooth. I had the first round with the hiring manager and we spoke about my experience and technologies I am knowledgable on. Although the minimum requirements of the job were more than my current experience I felt comfortable going forward. The next round was a virtual interview with six people from the team and I was grilled very deep. That is when I realized that there is lot of scope for me to improve before I move into an architect level. I couldn't answer a lot of questions and I knew half way through the interview that I am not the right fit.
