I completed an online assessment including a maths, english and technical assessment. The process was challenging but the assessors were always clear. It was very interactive and I was given clear direction and information from the staff.

Easy STAR questions. Prepare scenarios. Can range from uni to volunteering or even par time jobs. Typically with 2 interviewers but might be just one. Interview takes roughly about 40mins and you will be given the chance to ask Your questions too.
