Have had very poor communication with this employer. Worked with them to schedule a last minute an interview call and when it was time for the call I waited more than an hour and never received a call or email saying they needed to cancel. The interviewer doesn't seem to take skill and experience into consideration when making decisions. I don't get a positive feeling from how they do their interviewing.
