I went to the Din Tai Fung restaurant in person and told a few staff members there that I had a job interview for the dishwasher position. A man with the hiring team came to me around 15 to 20 minutes later to talk to me. I walked inside the restaurant and talked to that man and he started the job interview.

Came to the restaurant and got interviewed by the floor manager and afterwards meet with the backroom / senior manager . Both managers asked me basic interview questions to get a feel of what my personality might be like , very standard interview process . But the managers were both very friendly and I felt comfortable throughout the whole thing .
