Der Bewerbungsprozess war in vier klare Phasen unterteilt:
1. Initiales Kennenlernen: Zu Beginn wurden die allgemeinen Rahmenbedingungen und Modalitäten besprochen.
2. Technisches Interview: Im zweiten Schritt folgte ein Tech-Interview. Hier konnte ich anhand meiner bisherigen Projekte tiefere Einblicke in meine Arbeitsweise geben und Fachwissen vermitteln.
3. Live-Coding: Die dritte Runde bestand aus einer praktischen Coding-Aufgabe. Dabei wurde ein realitätsnahes Szenario gemeinsam bearbeitet, um die Problemlösungskompetenz im Team-Kontext zu prüfen.
4. Vertragsangebot: Den Abschluss bildete die finale Phase, in der das konkrete Angebot besprochen wurde.
