I was hesitant to take this interview because I saw bad reviews and did not like how the co founder said he was going to schedule a call, instead it was a zoom video call that was literally made an hour later.
He interrogated me regarding my specific strategies for current and past clients. Apparently hes never heard of NDAs. Ive told him the basic strategies, but continued to ask multiple times what my strategies were as if I didn’t answer him the first time.
There isn’t much to social dude, your strategy for social is brand awareness, traffic and followers. Simple. Robotic personality, robotic interview. Thats SF and the tech industry for you.

The worst experience I've ever had. Initial phone call talked about your project, then being informed that the onsite was to implement the actual feature instead of algos. Super small company, there were 5 people top. Then, I was put into a room, given a touch-pad broken mac air and coded the thing. Later on, the interviewer checked my progress and I finished a small portion of it. He immediately terminated the process and decided to kick me out. It's been only 90mins, and I was promised to have 5-hr onsite. I understand they're not moving forward because of my performance, but before I left, he lectured me. He sounded like I knew nothing and was super lame, and I quote "your ability is not even matching the average level as a full-stack". This is an entry-level job btw, I felt insulted and humiliated.
