Poor candidate experience and below market pay. Pretty standard initial HR screen followed by an hour long interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager had positive feedback and the recruiter reached out to schedule the next round with the CRO. 4 business days later the recruiter followed up to say they identified a candidate who just became available on Monday and were making an offer so they would not be proceeding. Overall, a really poor candidate experience and it's pretty clear I dodged a bullet with this company if that's how they treat people. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with their interview process.
