the applicant may just submit their application in person; if they are considered they will have their initial interview by the immediate superior for the non-teaching and the dean for the teaching; psychological test are required as part of the pre-employment process, if the results are satisfactory then they will again be scheduled for HR interview; the applicant-faculty will be required to do a teaching demonstration; the last process shall be an interview with the President or the VPA or VPAA.
