Multiple steps interview. First step lasted about 20min. When selected for the second round, I was asked to block 7-8h of my day. The second step is mainly to shadow a junior consultant. The fun part is that they take you to lunch. I guess to get to know you better, but that time is also used to explain the compensation system. After shadowing session over, they bring you back to the office for a small quiz (nothing difficult); your answers determine whether you are getting the job or not.
