First contact was a phone interview. Next step was being on a zoom call with other applicants from around the country. At the end of the zoom meeting you were asked to send an email if you still wanted the position.

This was not really an interview it was more of an information session. They laid out the responsibilities of the job and if you wanted to continue then you signed up for training.
