The hardest thing was demonstrating how to fill in gaps when you don't have any. I was very frustrated because the first time I applied for this position, they wouldn't accept my college experience to fill in the gaps. The client expressed frustration with this too when I later told them about it because I didn't seem to be an issue for them; it was more important to know HOW to do something, than WHAT I know.
