I believe im at usually my best alone. One reason is sole accountability in terms of expected goals/production rate/quality. That being said, working in teams can be beneficial to me when team members are more experienced, or share constructive feedback/examples. I'm beneficial to teams by retaining a positive, encouraging attitude. Im also team beneficial by displaying, reinforcing promoting a work environment, that is a safe, fun, and productive one.
