Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso DocPlanner nel mese di apr 2025
Colloquio
Without a doubt, one of the best recruiment process I had in my career. The process is composed by 5 stages:
1. Interview with HR to get know better
In my case, always completely humble and transparent, answering every single question I had (even ones related to the salary)
2. Interview with Manager
Again, completely open and transparent, providing even a demo of the project for better understanding from my side
3. Technical assesment
Based on the position you are applying, they send an accurate test to complete. They offer plenty of time for finishing it (in my case, a whole week) and there is no presure at all from any of them
4. Review of the test
If everything goes fine, you will review the test with two members of the team you will work with. In my case, the experience was really good and I could explain everything I wanted to them, as well as they were interested on the test.
5. Presentation of the offer
If you arrive at this point, you will have a short call with HR and the Manager to show you the offer. That call included a presentation with almost 10 slides, which says a lot to me about the professionalism that Docplanner has. Most of the questions I could have were answered with those slides.
Domande di colloquio [2]
Domanda 1
On stages 1 and 2, some examples about successful challenges I had in my career
On the technical assessment:
- What did I think about using clean architecture and CQRS pattern in a project
- What was the purpose of using dynamic to read a json object

Colloquio
Casual interviews, background interviews, take home tasks, discussion, presentations.
The process was quite long and there were huge time spans between interviews.
Brief feedback after rejections, but reluctant for communications after failed interview.
