I only had one interview which I thought went well. They asked me questions that are supposed to be asked in a more advanced stage, like if I was willing to work shifts and weekends, when could I start, etc. They told me what followed next, they did not say "if we decide to continue..." but they told me that I was going to receive a test. The day after instead I received the cold standard email saying that they had decided not to move forward. Overall the HR person was incompetent and definitely it does not speak well of a company: candidates are just like prospects and if you treat your candidates bad, sure you won't treat your customers well.
