The Interview Process was fantastic. The People Team was very friendly. They made it easy to organise ourselves with access to their calendar. The first interview was with a People Team Member to walk me through the process and discuss the high level of the job and my experience. I then had two rounds of interviews with Senior Management to go into more detail and make sure this was a culture/skill/expectation match. They were friendly, welcoming, transparent and showcased the company's culture. I then received feedback on the interview and was offered a position at DoiT International!
