I've interviewed with 100+ companies all over the world in my career, and this one is by far the best interview process I've ever seen. This is, in my opinion, how interviews should be done - other companies can certainly learn from DoiT. The recruiter (Michele) was absolutely amazing and supported me in each step of the process. She provided lots of information about the company, the role and the process and shared extremely detailed feedback after each round. I've never felt so much care and attention from a recruiter, even during my interviews with FAANG. All the interviews were amazing as well. I had a feeling that everyone knew exactly what they were looking for in a successful candidate, and everyone I met was extremely friendly and very open. All the interviews felt like an open two-way discussion instead of a one-way interrogation. Great questions were asked, and everyone really went about and beyond to make it an extremely comfortable experience for me. Questions-wise, there were pretty standard product questions and I got an impression that they value approach and product sense more than knowing frameworks. So expect more of an open-ended discussion around product development as opposed to "Are you familiar with %framework_name%?". They have a very strong product team, so you really need to show that you have a strong and battle-tested approach to product management. 10/10, will definitely interview again.
