The interview process was clearly outlined by the recruiter. The folks I met with were always on time and excited to be a part of the process. I met with folks on the team I'd be joining as well as other people in the organization. I was expected to deliver a 30-60-90 day plan in the final interview. Which I was given ample time to prepare. I really appreciated the additional insight that was provided by the interviewers around company culture!
