If the candidates are unable to clear the initial rounds we do not conduct all the rounds. We are also sorry that your experience at Dolat Capital's selection process did not match with your expectations. We do give a second chance to candidates who are unable to crack In-person Interviews; if they have the intellectual capacity, we ask them to prepare and apply again. As per policy of the company, which is communicated clearly to the candidate before interview that if he/she successfully clears the interview process then company shall reimburse the traveling expenses.
