Started off strong in my first round interview. It was a phone interview and the interviewer on the other line was a very relaxed dude. I was able to get comfortable with him and he treated the call more like a chat. I really like that especially since interviewers are always overwhelming. We had a really great conversation and I was notified to move on to second round interview. The second round was not so great, particularly because my interviewer was a member of the team (?) and was not obviously prepared for the interview. Rn it’s tough with COVID and living at home with family, there’s not always a lot of space to do interviews so I had to do it my shared bedroom where it’s quiet. However my interviewer didn’t even have my resume up, didn’t have questions and really was fumbling about. I tried to my best to chat and answer their questions but how can you? Didn’t enjoy this second round experience as the interviewer wasn’t prepared and obviously didn’t get moved to third round interviews.
