I first had a quick phone screen with the recruiter to discuss my previous roles. Then I was moved on to a Zoom call with the Director of Digital Platforms (my team's manager), where we talked about my previous roles, what I'm interested in, where I see myself in 3-5 years, etc. It was pretty casual and the conversation was very fluid. Then I was moved on to having individual 30 minute Zoom calls with the rest of the team members (4 in total), where they each asked specific questions about things on my resume, how I handle challenges, how I work to solve problems or specific tasks, etc.
