I am very dissatisfied with dominoes. I have been eating Domino’s for four years, they have been on my speed dial list since I learned what they were. I have put so much money and effort into this company, and the interview process was so horrendous, I have considered never eating there again. They may treat their customers great when you order, but if you even try to have an interview, expect to not get a callback. No manager— just someone who says “she’ll get back” so finally I call again, aggravated and say I’ve called at least 15 times in a month with no one to answer back and the woman says the managers father recently passed and she’ll get back, trusting and understanding I hang up. Two days later I call, after I was promised a call back and they said they filled their position. Now I am 23, I have a daughter I need to take care of, my resume is above and beyond, I should’ve gotten this job so simply. They wouldn’t even take my call. I call vista, two weeks go by with me calling every other day because they need a driver Broadway says— same thing “manager will call you” they take my name and jot down my number— no one calls back. I am so disgusted and sickened by dominos — it’s astoudning. Assuming broadway didn’t want to hire me because I told them I needed a job and they couldn’t keep promising to call me back— then that’s probably why I didn’t get hired right? Because I was blunt and spoke my mind. I need this answered for because the crap I had to endure for a MONTH waiting with no reply, struggling to buy freaking diapers— promised a whole month for a reply but dead air— it’s a waste/- you wasted my time. My favorite pizza place of 4 years— probably about $2,000 spent on you guys— and this is what I get? Disrespectful. Hire someone as a manager who LNOWS what they’re doing because these people clearly don’t

Very straightforward interview that was informative and professional. They had me come in and gave me a tour of the shop, and introduced me to each of the employees. I then sat down with the general manager for the formal interview.
