I applied in store, was contacted back a few days later. Sat down with the franchise supervisor of the location. 1 on 1 style interview asked me some brief questions about my previous employment. Asked questions about customer service. After the interview I was hired on a few days later and started training.

Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.

Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
