Three interviews total. The first one was a written skills test, and then a meeting with the HR person. Next interview was with the potential new direct supervisor. Last interview was with the boss' boss. I thought the questions and interview were pretty normal. Nothing significant to report, except that I did notice in the second interview that my potential supervisor seemed really stressed and overworked. I should have taken that as a red flag, but they were offering such a high salary compared to the same position at other firms, I guess I decided to overlook it.
