Mr. Gordon the General Manager came to my place to interview me personally and he was very accommodating to me! And he asked me a few questions and I also gave him a recorded demo of my skills to listen to and he was so impressed with it that he immediately said to me: "OK you're hired! Your words on the phone speak volumes of you!" And that was pretty much it!
