      The recruitment process was efficient and refreshingly conversational. It felt more like a meaningful conversation than a formal interview. I was not asked the usual questions. Instead, they gave me space to share how I think, solve problems, and align with their values. The situational assessment was practical and relevant. What I loved the most and was impressed by was that they gave feedback right after, they took the time to point out what I did well, and shared how they typically approach similar situations in the organization, which helped set clear expectations and gave me a deeper understanding of the role. We had a great conversation about leading a people-first culture and building something meaningful, which showed in how the entire process was conducted. I also got the chance to speak directly with a senior leader, which speaks volumes about how invested their leadership is in the hiring process. I didn't have to go through a complicated series of steps, it was straightforward and focused on what matters. Overall, it was a great experience for me, and I felt genuinely excited about the organization's mission and direction.
