Easy. Did ask some questions but as long as you base it around putting the customer first then you're absolutely fine. Got offered the job on the spot. Didn't take long, probably about fifteen minutes and got taken up to the small office at the back :)

The whole process was really straightforwardand easy.I was asked standard retail questions,had to tell them about myself and why do i want to work for Dorothy Perkins. I had to sell an item to potential customer and promote benefit of that piece .
It took about 30min and had to sell an item.
Manager was nice,put me on ease from beginning and explained about job ,expectations and company benefits .As for my first interview I was happy how I was treated and with whole process.
