It was evident that my detailed cover letter and resume where not used to any great extent in the preparation by the panel for the call. As a senior executive, the initial questions were very basic and could be easily gathered from the documentation the panel had. This would have allowed the panel to understand the value of my work experience and ask quality questions on my true value proposition for the hospital.
