Interviews with this company (in my experience), were too short. It's weird, because I was glad that it was over, but there were some expectations that should have been discussed that weren't and both parties were left dissatisfied. This is not a problem that is unique to hp, but it lead to my eventual departure: don't make promises during an interview that you don't intend to keep. If plans change that impact those promises, don't assume they will be forgotten. Chances are they won't... at least if the people you were courting were worth having anyway.
