2 part interview, meeting with recruiters first, then VP of Operations. Heavy emphasis on safety, technical skills and interpersonal skills. Straight forward Q&A for both parties. 3 month hiring process.

Straight forward. Looking for applicants with previous flight experience that are Part 107 certified. Took about 7 days before interview was scheduled from initially applying. Recruiter asked questions and interview lasted about 20 minutes.
