Its a bit of lengthy process but the way the questions asked was good, and each round is challenging. However, at the end i was not selected. Waiting for another opportunity from Ducima.

Colloquio
The interview was simple but the interviewer shows such an attitude. They doesn't value the potential of an person instead they'll show their attitude like not looking at the candidate but looking the other things happening in their office. Simply a waste of time and the process is lengthy.
If also been selected they'll not treat the candidate as an employee but as a labor of course.
Demerits :
* 2 years bond
* 10K CTC for freshers
*Not a corporate to start with

The process was fast and the level of difficulty was moderate. I was called by HR ad was discussed about the position. Later I had 2 hours of technical interview, followed by an Manager interview and a final H.R round
