They do interviews based on their values system. 5 questions all behavioral and then they wanted to know more about my technical skills. The buildup to each question is very long so listen for what the actual question is so you don't have to ask it to be repeated. The behavioral questions were like: -Tell me a time when you had problems with a coworker and how did you overcome it? -Tell me a time when you worked with a customer and what was the outcome? -What was your greatest failure at work and how did it turn out?
