Applied: Febuary 25th, March 5th recieved email to schedule a 3 hour computer test. March 12th passed the 3 hour hard test on typing and math questions (7 out of 20 passed) and interviewed.
If you passed the test you were interviewed. It was like a cattle call and treated like a number and very disorganized. I passed the test with flying colors and was interviewed. Interview was only 3 questions and the rest was job description review. You had to agree to every job requirement or you were dismissed. I.E. "being on call" during storms and staying past normal schedule. The interviewer was boring and not interested at all.
Training was to begin "tentatively" on April 27th, it has been over 4 weeks and NOTHING. The interviewer told me they wasn't' sure when they would start. This HR is very disorganized. WILL NOT APPLY TO DUKE EVER AGAIN.

Foi uma entrevista muito boa e bem técnica com os candidato, sempre colocando situações de como a pessoa iria agir em cada momento. Foi uma entrevista bem tranquila e pediram também para eu ficar calma e me sentisse em casa

assessment was easy. Asked pretty simple questions. I'm sure my 12 year old niece could have passed it. The let you know if you pass the assessment within minutes after taking it

You are put in contact with a customer, Sheela, who is quite upset. After reviewing Sheela's notes within your computer system, you see that in the last two weeks she has spoken with numerous representatives regarding the same issue. It is obvious after reviewing the notes, that there is nothing you can do for the customer at this point related to her issue.
Easy process, great interviewers they provide you with the expectations. I would recommend you utilize the STAR method as you will be hired based on your responses utilizing this method.
