Started with self-introduction, then why I went into this course. Was asked about family profile and how to manage my children and the time management at home. I feel is basically wanting to find out how much time u can sacrifice for the school after work hours.

The interview process began with my attendance at an open interview conducted via the e2i portal at E Bridge SKLCCC on 14 March. Due to the high turnout of approximately 150 applicants, there was a waiting time of about 1.5 hours before I was called in for a short interview session with HR, which lasted around 5 to 10 minutes. During the session, I was given the opportunity to share about my background, skills, and interest in early childhood education. The interview focused on understanding my experience in supporting classroom routines, facilitating play-based learning, and my readiness to take on a role as a beginning preschool educator. Overall, the process went well. Following the initial interview, I was required to submit the necessary documents for review before proceeding to the next stage. After approximately one to two weeks, I was contacted and subsequently attended a second interview conducted online with the principal. I am currently awaiting the outcome of this interview.
