After a brief oral interview, which included the basic questions (how did you find out about the job, why do you want to work here, what kind of compensation would you like, etc), I was given a math exam to prove that I can teach math. Afterward, I was given a tour through the facility to familiarize myself with the teaching styles the company use. Finally, I was asked to teach the kids to demonstrate my teaching skills under the supervision of the interviewer.
