The interview process was very swift and straightforward - which I greatly appreciated as a job seeker. My first meeting was with a recruiter, who gave me a lot of insight into the role and the different types of projects that I would be working on. By the end of the interview, I was told that I would have my second interview with another demand generation associate in a senior role. The second interview went really well. The interviewee was very kind and personable, and her description of her day-to-day tasks and completed projects allowed me to envision myself in the role. The last interview was with my manager, which was a great way to have insight into his managerial style and the expectations that came along with the position. The process took about three weeks, and communication was consistent throughout.
