Two steps interview, pretty easy, one with HR and the other with manager. The part that I find disappointing is the lack of respect for the candidates, they seem to not to care to give back a feedback, even if directly asked to recruiter. They give an overall bad picture of the company, making it seem like they do not care much about people, while it would be completely ok to just say that they just decided to proceed with another candidate :)
