I was first contacted for a phone screen by HR. This lasted about 30 minutes. The conversation was very pleasant and the questions were pretty straightforward. They asked me at the end of the interview if I would be willing to go to DC to meet the sales team. When I drove to DC, I then met with two coordinators back to back in 30 min interviews. These individuals were, again, very pleasant. At the interview they told me they would be in touch in 1-2 weeks. I thought the interview went well, but received a rejection email less than a week later. While I did not receive an offer, I really appreciated how professional and timely the organization was.
