Their process has not evolved since the first time applied 3 years-same logic and personality tests are used as gates before getting to the next round. For a company that touts itself for being inclusive and people first, I'm surprised how they don't have the foresight to apply this to their candidate experience. These type of tools are in place to determine "culture fit" when it's really bias.
The recruiter closed out my application only when I followed up to check my status.
