The worse ever experience I had! first of all I should say they ghost me after interview they said Im a fit candidate for this position. I had an interview with an Irish guy who introduced himself as a Project manager at ECI, he talked 80% more than me about his experience that wasn't relate to our conversation, finally he said you are really fit for this position based on your experience, he said I'll back to you after 3 days but he never did and even he never answered my follow up message. I mean its ok to reject a candidate but its irrespecutful to don't give feedback to someone who spent a time for you. Never suggest this company to anyone.
