Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso EF (Education First) (Bengaluru) nel mese di feb 2016

Three rounds, Technical Round HR Round Manager Round (Will be via Skype from swizerland) In technical round he asked about I18N testing , defect life cycle,writing test case using test case design technique, which sdlc model we followed in current project,explain project etc In HR round asked to explain project ,do i like process or non process companies, why i am looking to change my job, difference between smart work and hard work,

Domanda 1

In manager round , The interviewer was a developer (they dont have test manager) and did not know anything about testing,he was asking whether i know WPF , C# , selenium etc even though the job description stated the job was for manual testing , so i would suggest all the testers attending interview to prepare for automation tool also(during the interview he said he doesnt like automation testing since maintenance is more so he was contradicting himself ), was also asked whether i have done performance testing , tell me about EF etc
