Fairly typical interview overall. Began with pleasantries and background questions, followed by a short rapid-fire questionnaire. Then my recruiter then told me more about the position and the company. I was asked where I would like to be placed in China, and was given my first choice. Received offer the next day.

The ESL interview typically is Online with Academic Director. Easy straightforward questions. No teaching demo. Situational questions to assess classroom management skills, adaptability, and cultural awareness. Even if you don't have teaching experience, there is a high chance to land ESL job there.

Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
