I sent an email to express my interest, we exanged a couple of emails, I did 2 skype interviews with the managers, offer sent, online training done, on board. Pretty smoothy. Questions were very down on earth and role oriented. Both interviewers were super nice and gives you confidence to keep talking ( I hate those ones who try to make you feel uncomfortable by asking trick- difficult to answer questions) They explained me very well the role and the work atmosphere since the very beginning.
