Very smooth and didn't feel dragged out too long. Met the recruiter at a career fair and was invited to a hiring night a couple weeks later. After that, I received an interview and offered the position within a week.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
