Group interview - basically a free for all. We had a group of 20-30 people and everyone had to get in front of the room and try to sell something. Then we split off into 2-3 groups and they asked the group a question. You have to be really aggressive and basically talk over other people to get a word in and get attention. All of the sales managers were there - I felt like I was being auctioned. I received an offer and worked here and it was a big mistake - check out the negative reviews on here because they are the truth. The positive ones were from management forcing employees to write them.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
