I applied online for this position and someone emailed me days later to meet in person. The interview process was very casual, not in an office setting. Most of the interview we spoke about the job position and company culture. After the interview they said they will contact me to meet again the next week. I sent a follow up email and.... And I never heard anything back, not even a decline. It shows how unprofessional they were and they should definitely be more considerate of the interviewee and at least respond back.
