First step was a phone interview and the next was a group interview. In the group interview EF's team were bulling, insulting and diminishing toward candidates. They kept eat during the 4 hours of the session although there was a 20 minute break. One of the EF members (they were 7 for 16 candidates) of the team was sleeping.

[I'm still in the selection process so regarding the question below, I don't know if I'll get an offer but I had to choose something] For one office there was an interview with an interviewer while for the other the interview was through a webpage where you read a question and then you record yourself answering it. Your have only one go at recording each question but you get 2 minutes to prepare each question before answering. And then you get a minute to answer it while it's recording you. The questions were very interesting, the right amount of fun and a bit of a challenge. The next step is an online group workshop and then the final round in in-person at the location of the office you applied for.
